1. Warranty Denial

While we sell genuine products, CellHall acts as a retailer. Returns for defective units (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Shipping Policy

CellHall is not responsible for porch theft. We recommend selecting "Signature Required" for orders over $500.

3. Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.
